Tarik – 5-year-old Sabueso Español looking for a home

One look at Tarik’s face tells you a lot about him. He is a gentle, affectionate 5-year-old Sabueso Español (Spanish Hound) who has known what it means to have a home – and now needs to find one again.

Tarik lived in a home for several years before his circumstances changed and he ended up living on a rural property. He never really adapted to that life and is now safely in foster care, where he is once again enjoying the affection and companionship he loves.

Like a typical Sabueso Español, Tarik enjoys his walks, exploring his surroundings and, of course, following all those interesting scents with his excellent hound nose. At home, however, another side of him appears. He is calm, balanced and very affectionate, and loves simply being close to his people.

Tarik already knows what living as part of a family is all about, and we would love to find him a permanent home where he can enjoy that life again.
