Our Testimonials section brings together the voices of those who have opened their homes to our hounds. This is Otto’s story, shared by his adopters, Caroline & Mark.

Mark and I are writing to say how grateful we both are for the opportunity to adopt our gorgeous boy, Otto (formerly known as Snickers), from Casa de Griffon. From the moment we spotted him on the adoption site, through the early conversations with Jayne, our home check and through to collecting him in April, the process could not have been smoother. Communication was excellent among us and with Jayne, who coordinated the adoption. Behind the scenes, we’re staff at the rescue, vets, transporters and home checkers who made this possible for Otto.

From the day we collected him, it was so clear that he had been loved and well cared for in Spain. He is the sweetest, gentlest, most playful boy and has settled in so well with us in the UK. We received updates throughout his journey, and his handover was faultless. All documents, including his passport and checks, were completed, and the transfer of his Petlog, passport, and UK registration was easy.

We had excellent support and know that Jayne and the team are still there if we should need them. We are blessed to have found a rescue that clearly cherishes their dogs and are very lucky to have adopted our boy from them.
